Vision
Several years ago, Chuck Ramsey had a vision to build an elite basketball program for kids in the North Atlanta suburbs that could compete with the strongest travel teams in the State and Region. The Saints are building on a foundation of excellence and look forward to another great year offering a first class basketball experience.
Philosophy
The Saints coaching staff is dedicated to the mission of building MEN of character who succeed in the game of life. In a day of undisciplined "street ball", the Saints are looking to become one of the most sound basketball teams in prep ball. We are always looking for players who can play an up-tempo style of basketball, defend tenaciously, and remain coachable. We're looking for young men who can handle the ball, shoot the ball, and RUN because we do lots of it. We play a style that calls for a deep bench due to the physical demands of this kind of team philosophy.
The experience is about more than basketball as we believe the skills necessary for life can be effectively taught within the team experience. We focus on character development because true champions have always been men and women of character. We teach concepts such as respect for authority and opponents, unselfishness, intense focus skills, hard work, determination, championship attitudes, physical preparation, good dietary habits, and community service.
We believe a good travel experience is achieved when camaraderie among parents and kids is fostered. The Saints experience is a family experience.
